What counts toward my monthly usage?
Sends, campaign recipients, inbound mail, and storage are metered separately per month — reads (your inbox, contacts, analytics) are never gated.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Sending (and campaign sends) returns 402 Payment Required once you're at your plan's monthly cap, until next month or an upgrade. Your inbox stays fully readable either way.
Do I need to bring my own SES account?
No — CentralBox owns the SES account and isolates every tenant's sender reputation with a dedicated configuration set. You only need a domain you control the DNS for. Talk to us about Business-tier dedicated IPs.
